Print cartridge problems

I have an HP Officejet 7210 All-In-One machine. The black ink ran out so I
replaced it. Now I keep getting a message that says, "Insert black cartridge
into right stall". I do that but get the same message. Yes, I did take the
protective tape off of the contact points. I turned the printer off,
unpluged it for a few minutes, pluged it back in and got the same message.
Anyone have any other suggestions?
 
If taking out the cartridge and reinserting it does not help, I'd contact
HP, you may have a bad cartridge.
