Is there a way to set up Windows XP to whenever someone
hits the Print icon, the Print preview comes up instead.
The owner of my company swears he has this with Windows
2000 and wants to know how to configure it in XP. I can't
find it in either OS.

If your talking about an Icon in an application like
Word, you would change the toolbar buttons using
Tools,Customize...
