I have two email accounts. Primary and secondary. For some reason all my
Primary emails are now showing up on my secondary. Why and what can I do to
fix it. PLEASE explain in simple words for the senior citizen.

What version of Outlook are you using? What kind of e-mail accounts are
these (POP3, IMAP, HTTP, etc.)? Do you have any rules defined that might be
moving messages to another folder when they arrive?

To answer your questions. I use MS Office Outlook 2003(11.6359.6360)SP1
Using HTTP, No rules that I know of. Haven't changed anything. It has been
working just fine. Then it changed itself. Hmmmmm!! What do I check for now?
Thank you

I think you may be confused about the type of e-mail accounts you are
using...basically the only HTTP accounts that Outlook supports are Hotmail
accounts, and to my knowledge you cannot set an HTTP account as your primary
e-mail account.

Click the Tools menu, select E-mail accounts, then select View or change
existing e-mail accounts and click Next. See what accounts you have listed
and what types they are, then post back with the list.

They are both "http" The first one: MSN Http Default - second one MSN1 Http

I'm not very familiar with the MSN type accounts so I'm trying to get more
information for you and I will post back when I can.

I have a company that is also experiencing their exchange intranet email
address will become the listed primary address each time they log on to the
network, even after setting their internet email address as the primary, they
cant send out email until they set their primary as the internet email
address.

we are using all 2003 server/client and 1 pop/1exchange for each client

any thoughts or fixes for this????

One of my fellow Outlook MVPs suggests the following: First, try closing and
restarting Outlook (assuming you haven't already). If that doesn't help, try
deleting the .PST files for the MSN HTTP accounts and let Outlook recreate
them from the e-mail stored on the MSN server. Post back and let me know if
that fixes the problem.

You'll probably get a faster answer to your question if you post it in a new
thread -- I can't answer it personally and there may not be many people still
reading this thread after a couple of days have passed.
