Previous e-mails disappeared

I am running outlook 2003 on an exchange server. Prior to today everything
was functioning normally. Everything still is functioning normally, except
all e-mails in my inbox prior to about 12:00 today have disappeared. I can
still see all e-mails in subfolders of the inbox, just not the inbox. Anyone
every had to deal with this before, or do you have any advise? Thanks is
advance.

Hi Anne,
Thanks for the reply. No luck though. I've tried just about everything I
know of, and they just seem to be gone. Searched for them using find, and
lookout tool. It just seems as though I deleted them, but there is nothing
in deleted items.

are you in cached mode? Did you restart outlook to see if they are visible
again? Are you using a hide read messages view?
