This behavior can occur if any of the following Symantec Corporation products
are installed and running on your computer:

• Norton AntiVirus 2001
• Norton SystemWorks 2001
• Norton Utilities 2001

To resolve the issue, first try to disable the Nortorn Antivirus. If this
does not work out Uninstall it.

Dear Steve:

Thanks for thr the information. I did exactly as the file said about the
registry and it worked. Thanks very much

You're welcome.

Glad to help.

Did you check out the Happy Holidays card while you were there??

it's 2 minutes and 15 seconds in length.
