Preview doesn't work

My friend has a new laptop with windows XP and Frontpage 2003. Yesterday
helping her to redo her school website. In preview or in browser mode she
can only see the background picture, nothing else (text, cells, images etc.).
Has anyone got any idea of what could be causing this problem?

Have you tried removing the background picture to see if that's the problem?
Is there a URL where we can see the site? If not, can you switch to Code
View and copy and paste all the code into a reply?
