Preview in FrontPage (not preview in browser)

Does "Preview" view in FrontPage (not "Preview in Browser") somehow utilize
Internet Explorer engine, or does it render the page internally? Tech
support for the latest version of RoboForm insists that RoboForm is activated
by FrontPage preview view because RoboForm recognizes it as a browser.

It is based on the IE engine, but limited, best to always preview in browser.

Okay. But I still don't understand why RoboForm (an automatic form filler
program) would be activated by a page with no boxes to fill in.

Do you have any form tags on the page, such as a drop down menu, etc.?
