Preventing the taskbar from resizing

In Win 2K I want to disable the taskbar resize and move
features. I tried to add the key TaskbarSizeMove to the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER:
Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
but that did not work.

Does anyone know a way to disable the taskbar or the
taskbar resize and move features?

I have not been able to find one. All of the group policy
settings only affect toolbars, not the taskbar. Anyone
else had better luck?
