Prevent users from reading other users' profile folder?

How do I prevent users from reading other users' C:\Documents and
settings\username folder? I will, of course, still like Administrators
and SYSTEM to have full access to this folder.

Any answer(s) would be highly appreciated.

You just need to make sure that you're using NTFS and that you do not make
your users administrators of any workstations.
