prevent Outlook from initiating each time I start the computer!

After installing service pack 2, Otlook 2002 starts each
time I start or restart the PC. I looked up articles and
checked 4 places with no success!

1] msconfig [to disable startup programs in the
systemin.ini, win.ini, boot.ini, services]

2] Windows Registry [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE]
3] Windows win.ini
4] Windows Services

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Office programs, but to
no avail. What else could initiate the outlook.exe?

Start, All Programs, Startup folder?
Pocket PC using ActiveSync will load Outlook, possibly Palm devices too.
