Press Scan Now and nothing happend!

I press Run Scan Now and it displays Scan Progress,
Scanning memory locations and processes... and nothing
happend after this.

It seems doesn't make any scan.

What wrong with this?

It may be hanging. There are several bugs out there which cause Microsoft
Antispyware to be unable to complete a scan, apparently.

Please do this:

1) submit a Tools, Suspected Spyware Report, and mention this behavior.

2) Try getting the machine cleaned via some other tools first. You could
take a number of routes, I'll suggest two possibilities:

a) an online scan from an antivirus vendor who also covers spyware and
removes it:

b) a protocol of cleaning operations from a third-party web site:
