I want to have my notes show up on my computer screen at the same time my
presentation shows in presentation mode on my projector. Can I do this and
how?

You should be able to use Presenter mode to do what you need. Your computer
needs to support an extended desktop, which most laptops do. For help on
setting up Presenter View and your laptop, let us know which version of PPT
you are using.

Assuming that your laptop will handle multi monitors (most modern ones will)

Slide Show > Set up Show

Choose "Use Presenter View" and display show on secondary monitor.

Don't forget to put the settings back when you disconnect the projector
otherwise it will try to display on a non existant monitor!

Is there a way to advance both screens at the same time? I currently have
2 files open on my desktop: 1 driving the projector and the other on my PC
screen?
