Present.exe is not a windows file. It may be a related part of the virus, or
it may be part of some software you have installed on the system that was
corrupted when you were infected. The exact text of the error message you
are getting and when precisely it occurs, as well as the name of the virus
you had, may go a long ways towards resolving your issue.
