Preformance problems

I have a problem with preformance. Whenever i am playing a game, or just
browsing my computer, my preformance slows down, or the fps slows alot. I'll
look at the task manager and in the preformance tab the CPU Usage would be at
100%, after about 10 minutes it would stabalize but then after it would go
right back, i uninstalled my video card and reinstalled and even updated it.
If anybody would have a solution please let me know, Thank You

When Task Manager is showing the CPU usage at 100% go to the Processes
tab and click twice on the CPU column header. That will sort the
list into descending order (highest first) based on CPU usage.

Make note of the 4 or 5 processes that are using the most CPU time and
then identify just what those processes are. Post the list back here
if you need assistance with identifying them.

Good luck

Maybe u need more RAM or have too many items runninng. Clear everything
except the firewall and AV from ur startup list and then keep adding the
needed ones. How long since u cleaned up/defragged? Run CCleaner or
Cleanup. The slowdown can also be if the drive is fragmented. Chkdsk
for errors and then defragment, hope this helps improve the
performance.
