PPTP VPN problem - lana 0 Event ID 20082

Hi All

My PPTP VPN has stopped working. The only clue I get in the event log is

The Remote Access Server could not reset lana 0 (the error code is the data)
and will not be active on it.

and

The Remote Access Server could not reset lana 6 (the error code is the data)
and will not be active on it.

From event id: 20082.

This pops up when I restart the service. Running W2K SP4, all hotfixes etc.
Box runs all services, DC, DNS, WINS, RRAS.

It was working OK a week ago. XP cannot connect at all, NT4 connects and
validates the password only (no traffic routed). Any suggestions welcome.
