PPT Viewer Text Problem

I teach and am having 250 students use the Package to CD option in 2003.
About 1/5 of the CD's do not show right using Viewer. The text collapses on
itself. It is bulleted text in a text box with no animation. There is a slide
transition. I have tried the embedded text option and that does not seem to
work.

Two questions

Are you using a font everyone has - say Arial?

Is your PPt up to date with service packs?
