PPT Viewer 2003

After installing PPTViewer 2003 on a Dell 2350 running
Win XP Pro and Office XP Pro SP2, when I run the
application I get an error message that the application
failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click OK to
terminate the application.

The install worked on a Win 98 SE machine running Office
XP Pro SP2.

We've tried the install twice.
What causes this?
