PPSX created with PP2007 not open vith it"s viewer

One, created a pptx file, was saved as ppsx file localy and opened like a
SlideSHOW from his local computer, all ok. Once put the file on a internet
site, it allwais is opening in editing mode PowerPoint, not like a slideshow.
He ask me if is normal; I said I haven't PP so I will instal the viewer which
is free. My viewer (took from MS official site) didn't recognise the file,
the same for his viewer (instaled with MS Office 2007). I tried to re-make
the ppsx file many times with the same result. What is wrong? How he should
save the file for beeing opened on internet directly like a slideshow but not
in edit mode?

PS I already modified his file association to open the ppsx files with his
PPWiewer, but this one said a message like "wrong file-type" or so.
