You probably don't have power point installed on your machine.
Windows doesn't know how to open the file.

You need to right click on the file and select open with - then from there
browse your program files to Microsoft Powerpoint. I hope this helps.

When I try to open pps's I get a pop-up saying I must associate a program
with that type of file, I've tried everything I know of and cannot seem to
associate the right program with those files, can someone help me????
