Hello everybody,
I wonder if somebody can help me out with this problem. I
am currently using broadband access to internet. A few
days ago my internet connection stopped working and I
tried to fix the problem by following this company
troubleshooting solutions. It did not work. I tried to
check my network places and I am missing the icon with the
connection to my internet provider. I used the wizard and
followed the steps. I found that under "create a type of
connection", two options are grayed out.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

I'm getting the same problem. Can't select broadband
requiring user name and password. Still trying to find
the solution.

I've got the same problem only I can't select the modem
option. XP knows the modem is installed and queries it
successfully. But when I look in the log there's
an "error 711 - The Remote Access Service Manager could
not start"

Does anyone please know how to start it?
