PP97 Format

I know that my PP2000 will read a PP97 file, however
will a PC with PP97 read a PP2000 file?

When I save the PP2000 files in PP97... type, the file
size more the DOUBLES! Then the presentation is too big
for a floppy. The presentation is a main PPP with several
linked PPP files.

What are my options other than convert to PP97 type and
put on flash stick, zip drive, etc.
burn a CD each time
upgrade destination PC

Can I somehow use the Pack and Go? It makes an even bigger
file? And if I use a Pack and Go on a PC with PP97, will
the client's PC PP intercept and run in 97 type, or will
the Pack and Go run, as a stand alone?

Please help
God bless you

The only time you need to "save backwards" is if you are saving for
PowerPoint 95. Other than that, just do a "File", "Save" and leave the
"Save as type" to the default setting.

Bill,
Thank you so very much for the information. This is
great news to me.

God bless you
