Good book?

Chris Watts

I have been using Powerpoint for some years now but at a relatively basic
level. This has been forced on me to some extent by the fact that I create
presentations using PP97 or PP2000 and do not know which version I will have
when I project them. I do use custom animations heavily and some actions
and transitions. The presentations are heavy with scanned images.

Now I want to move up a stage. My background is in IT so I have no fears of
tackling VBA and macros (should I need to do so) though have not attempted
to do so.

Can somebody suggest a book, or website, that is good for the "advanced" PP
user.

TIA
Chris

There are lots of tips and tricks sites and books out there. You might
want to peruse the PPT FAQ (http://www.pptfaq.com/) for things you want
to do and follow the pointers to get more information. If you want to get
started with VBA, you can check out the Programming PowerPoint section of
the FAQ, and you might want to check out my Web site.
