PowerToy Image Resizer

Resizer doesn't work on new images. It'll still works on old archived
images. I get a simple error stating that says "Picture Resizer was unable to
resize the following pictures: DSCF0001.TIF"
I've uninstalled the powertoy, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted, and it
still won't resize new pictures. All pictures taken with the same camera.
Old images were even larger than the new images, and the same .TIF format.

Ideas?
