powerpoint2007 doesn't start-up anymore pls help a guy from Amster

In XP the program stays small on the bottom of the screen. This happens when
I open the program or click on a presentation.

I've installed the complete office2007 again but it doesn't help.
XP has all the (recent) updates

Can't run slideshow / screen show won't start; Icon appears on task bar

The steps will be a bit different for 2007, but the general idea is the same.
