Powerpoint

Powerpoint has disappeared from my new-ish computer. Any
thoughts on how to restore it?

Has PowerPoint disapeared, or has the short-cut to it disappeared?

For my version of Office, it is at "C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\POWERPNT.EXE" See if you can find this file, and if yes,
then add the shortcut.

If truly disappeared, reinstall from your Office CD.

If you really mean "I got a new PC and I'm surprised there is no
PowerPoint" ... you have to go buy a copy. It's not part of XP.

Search your hard drive for powerpnt.exe. If it's not there then you will
have to reinstall it.

If you haven't already done it, go out and buy a copy. If you have
bought a copy, install it. If you've already installed it, find it on
your HD and recreate the shortcut to it.
