PowerPoint timing

I have made a PowerPoint presentation. When I run the
slide show, which is set on a continuous loop,and the 5th
slide appears the program halts and after 20 seconds
sends the program back into the folder. How can I get the
program to continue on. Slides 6 -54 makes a continuous
loop. All slides are set on a 5 second interval. Please
help. I need this program tonight.

Judiann,

First, which version of PowerPoint are you using? Also what OS are you
using (Windows 2000, XP, ME)?
What is on the 5th slide that might stop the presentation?
What is on the 6th slide that might stop the presentation?

Make sure that the transitions are set correctly to advance automatically.
Do you have photos in the presentation that may overly large?
