There are nine viewers there. Only the first one is a link to download.
The other eight aren't links and the PowePoint Viewer is one of them.

Power Point 2003 is the viewer you want. There are other viewers, but they
do not support features of all versions of Power Point. Power Point 2002
viewer supports Power Point 97 on.

Click on the Downloads for Office 2003. The under Power Point select
"Viewer".

OK, I got it earlier. I just wanted to make it known that one link someone
posted took you to a site with 9 viewers but only one was a clickable link
out of the 9.

This is something you should tell Microsoft about... surely on their web
site somewhere there is a way to give feedback to the webmaster. (this
newsgroup is not Microsoft).

As a pure viewer, there is now a new one, just out to go with Office
2003 (and earlier Powerpoint too).
