Powerpoint & Photoshop

Hi,
I am trying to import into powerpoint an animated gif.
I create an animated gif in powerpoint cs3... and when i import it into
powerpoint it just shows the first frame.
Am I saving it wrong in photoshop?
I first tried saving it as a compuserve gif....

Are you looking at the GIF file while in edit mode or while in Show mode?

What version of PowerPoint (it makes a difference)?

I think you ned to use "save for web" (gif)

We have CS2 and I think it's called something slightly different in CS3 but
it should be obvious

As above different versions of PowerPoint handle gifs differently
