Powerpoint on a Widescreen WXGA/WVGA prtable laptop

Hi,

Can anyone give me feedback on how powerpoint (particularly the presentation
display) works when used on a WXGA 12" widescreen PC ? Does the slideset get
distorted or stretched, does it automatically adjust its sizing ? I'm
thinking of purchasing one of these PCs (a Dell X1) but I do an awful lot of
customer presentations & need to know how Powerpoint works with this
widescreen resolution standard.
