PowerPoint with DualView on Widescreen

I have two monitors. I want to display my presentation fullscreen on my
widescreen 42" monitor.

My main monitor is set to 1024x768.

1) What resolution size should the second monitor be set to
2) What page size should the PowerPoint slides be set to?

Thank you, a very useful tool indeed. I used the measurements it
recommended, but the monitor seems to show only a portion of the presentation
(too large for monitor?) and still there is a black border around the
presentation.
