Widescreen format

If you want to make a PowerPoint show on a regular screen, what would then be
a good page formate to choose when the show is made for viewing on a
widescreen monitor? The usual format is 16:9 but what would that be in
paperformat either INCH or milimeter.
Thank you beforehand...

It doesn't really matter, as long as the Slide size is proportional to the
screen size.

To keep it simple and ensure that text sizes make sense, it's probably best to
start with the default width (10 inches) and choose the height from that:

16 / 9 = 10 / x

x = about 4.74
