Hi there,
Anybody ever create a presentation "game" similar to the ESPN show Pardon
The Interruption. Game is not the word I should have used....it will be used
for a discussion group. I was also hoping to give the participants a count
down clock when the click a category. Any ideas or links would be greatly
appreciated.

It can certainly be done with macros. Check out Shyam's site on countdown
timers and modify the time for as many milliseconds as you want (right now
set for 10 minutes - 600 ms). Then all you have to do is to create your
rectangles with the topics typed in as text and assign the macro to each
object so it resets the timer and starts over. Might have to modify
slightly.

I tried setting this up , but am having some problems...I've never used VBA
before. Any suggestions? Basically nothing happens.

Be sure that your macro security is set to medium or low.
