Powerpoint - Format Images

When applying the format brush to copy the format (i.e. shadow, frame,
etc.) from one picture to another, is there also a chance to
automatically copy the size?

Is there any way to change the settings of the format brush?

I don't think the format brush also copies the size. Sorry!
