POWERPOINT 2007

In slide sorter view, I see the numbers assigned to each slide. I want to
name the slides instead of having numbers. Does anyone know how to do that?

Hi Jocelyn

PowerPoint takes the name of the slide to be whatever is in the title place
holder (the box where it says 'click here to add title'). So in order to
name your slides, make sure they are based on a layout that has a title,
then add the title to the title placeholder - if you don't want that to
appear on screen then you can put it behind other elements, make the text
colour the same as the background, or simply drag it off the slide area.

You can name your slides but PowerPoint still won't show the slide name in
sorter view, so unfortunately it won't help.
