T TAJ Simmons Sep 15, 2004 #2 Nick, Add the autoshape called "round rectangle" in the "basic shapes" section. When you have draw it (click and hold to draw it) you should see a little yellow handle.....click and drag it to change how rounded the corners are Cheers TAJ Simmons microsoft powerpoint mvp awesome - powerpoint backgrounds, free powerpoint templates, tutorials, hints and tips etc http://www.powerpointbackgrounds.com

T TAJ Simmons Sep 16, 2004 #3 Nick, OK, but how do you turn an autoshape into a place holder in a slidemaster? Click to expand... I'm going to let you into a little secret..... Tools > Customize > Commands > Drawing > Drag the "change autoshape" option to any one of your toolbars. I tend to drag it next to "autoshapes" along the bottom edge. Then View > MaSTer > slide master > select the placeholder > click 'change autoshape' Don't tell anyone... keep this trick for yourself. PS. It's not a good idea to post your email address in the ng as spam harvesters will.....harvest it Cheers TAJ Simmons microsoft powerpoint mvp awesome - powerpoint graphics, free powerpoint pictures, tutorials, hints and tips etc http://www.powerpoint-graphics.com
