I don't rememeber you haven't listed this, yet:
"I'll soon be releasing version 1.4. I haven't had much time to work on PB
lately, but I've managed to put aside a little over the next week.

Version 1.35 will remain freeware, but I'm going to charge for 1.4. I will
probably have a trial period, maybe 14 days although I'm considering a long
trial as has been suggested. This does leave it more vulnerable to crackers,
but I think people expect to try before buying these days (although you do
get a pretty good trial by way of the free version). "
