Received a BSOD after hot swapping a power supply into a
Dell Poweredge 4350 running Windows 2000 Server. Any
explanations as to why?

Crappy Dell? Sorry, but that's the only thing I can come up with. Any decent
server chassis should be able to handle a PS swap with aplomb.
