We have restricted users that need access to change power settings. Don't ask
why, politics.

We do not want to run to every laptop to do this. We are Novell, not
microsoft servers for these PC's.

Then allow your users to change the settings.

Yep, thats was bloody helpful. My question is how do I allow them to change
the settings, at the same time keeping their users restricted.

I have never tried it but you can try the procedure here. Please post your
