Power Saving Mode

Anytime that I am viewing photos or watching a video clip, my work computer
goes into "Power Saving Mode". I have all of the power options turned to
never shut off. I'm running Windows XP Professional, Version 2002, SP 2.
IBM, Pentium 4 @ 2.66 GHz. I cannot recover from the Power Saving Mode. I
have to hold the power button for 5 seconds to do turn the computer off and
then turn it back on. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Ask your IT person; there may be a policy set for your PC that you can't
override.
