Power Point for Mac

I have a PPT file that works fine with PPT for Windows but on my MAC there is
no sound. I checked the box under preferences to provide feedback with sound.
I save it then play the fie but no sound. I close the program and re open but
the box in preferences is unchecked.

Does the sound by itself play on the MAC? If it's not an embedded WAV file,
did you move the sound file along with the PPT file?
