I have created a power point on a mac (it has an updated version of microsoft
for mac) I have microsoft ppt 2003 and all current updates have been done.
When i try to open the power point on vista there are images that are
missing. However if i open it on xp it works just fine. Is there another way
i need to save it or what can i do so that it is compatible with vista as
well as xp?? Please help i have hundreds of hours in this power point and
don't want to start over.

Which version of PowerPoint for Mac did you use - 2004 or 2008?
Which image file format did you use (tif, jpg, png, ...)?
How did you insert the images (Insert image in the menu or drag & drop)?

Vista and XP are operating systems. Whether a presentation can be shown
depends on the version of PowerPoint installed on these operating systems.
Which version(s) of PowerPoint do you use on the PCs?

Problems often arise with images, if on the Mac tif images have been used
and inserted via drag & drop. Use jpg or png images and use Insert in the
menu.

Best regards,
Ute
