Power outage caused windows not to start: Get Message in viewer

System event viewer gives two messages:
1: Virtual server 1 was unable to register itself and the local delivery
sink with the event binding database. Server events and local delivery will
not function properly for this virtual server. Event ID 104
2: Server events initialization failed for virtual server 1. Server events
may not be called for this virtual server. Event ID 102
