Errors in Event Viewer

I have three errors in event viewer that occur during computer
startup. How can I address these?

1) Event Source=Dhcp, ID=1002
Description: The IP address lease 192.168.1.21 for the Network Card
with network address 00508D8287D7 has been denied by the DHCP server
192.168.1.1 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

(note: The computer is connected by Ethernet cabling)
Comcast cable --->cable modem --->Netgear router --->computer
(The error is obviously related to the router but the signal should be
just passing through the router.)

2) Event Source=Service Control Manager, ID=7023
Description: The Windows Driver Foundation - User-mode Driver
Framework service terminated with the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

(note: Is there a way to identify the device?)

3) Event Source=Service Control Manager, ID=7001
Description: The Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service service
depends on the Universal Plug and Play Device Host service which
failed to start because of the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or
because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

(Note: how can I either enable the service or device?)

To display the WIN32_EXIT_CODE error that SCM encountered, at the command
prompt, type
sc query Windows Driver Foundation - User-mode Driver Framework
The information displayed can help you troubleshoot possible causes for the
error

A device attached to the system is not functioning:
An attached device is not working for one of these reasons: (1) it is
switched off, or connected improperly; (2) the floppy disk and drive types
are incompatible; (3) the floppy disk is not properly inserted in the drive;
(4) the drive door is open; or (5) the floppy disk is not properly formatted.

3. Event ID: 7001
Source: Service Control Manager

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/su...7001&EvtSrc=Service Control Manager&LCID=1033

To check if the device is not disabled:
Start > Run, type services.msc > Scroll down, Double click Windows Media
Player Network Sharing Service > At the box that pops under General tab >
Startup Type: select Manual > To start the service, under Service status,
click the Start button.
