Powe Point page setup 4:3 to 16:9

I have tons of multiple pps files that are 4:3 for standard client view and
the same pps files are then converted to 16:9 for laptops and alot of
tradeshows. Now the conversion is great that it tries to compact everything
on the slide. But this is not what we want. We want to be able for a circle
to stay a circle without literally going in to each individual slide
resetting the image. This squashed or longated look, how can it be bypassed
or just eliminated for this? Thanks.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way. If you open the 4:3, and 16:9 presentation side by side, and copy and paste your items is the only way I know to do this and maintain round circles and square squares.

Thanks Michael. I just did a search on 4:3 and lots of threads came up. That
is just too bad. A huge headache. Last time it took three employees 9.5 hours
to complete the conversion. Something must be done otherwise the larger
companies (40,000+) employees will seek other programs or programming options.

You can also try the following: in the sorter view, select all slides
(Ctrl+A), copy them. Go to the 16:9 presentation, sorter view and paste the
slides. That goes faster

Unfortunately, that distorts the pasted objects. I tried that.
