Possible user problem

Hello. I have 2 user accts on my HP. Using her user acct my wife accesses
business mail by clicking on Microsoft Outlook Web Access and logs in
successfully. However the web page comes up but does not fully load. It says
"loading" and her messages do not appear. Message at the bottom of IE7 page
says "error on page"
However if I switch to my user acct she is able to login and the site works
fine. Any thoughts? The help desk at work could not provide help.
Although I can't be sure this is related, I tried to install Google desktop
unsuccessfully and deleted it. This Outlook problem started shortly
thereafter.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Google Desktop is a known problem. I would use System Restore to go back to
before the bad installation.

Thanks Mary. We now have a new can of worms open so to speak. Tried system
restore at 4 different spots. Each time after the operation got a message
that restore was unsuccessful( no error #)
I spoke to HP support for about 2 hrs and we created a new user, but the
problems still occurred in the new user acct. They were very supportive and
seemingly knowledgable. They said Vista has some restore problems that have
yet to be resolved.(the oldest restore pt avail on the list was Oct 4.) I
tried different types of restore points without success.
In light of all that they suggested a recovery to solve the problems. These
2 little quirks are not bothersome enough to me to do a recovery.(btw the
other problem which I did not mention before is that the Weatherbug sidebar
gadget is not fully functional. I have reinstalled but the problem remains)
Again this is only a problem in my wife's user acct and not in
mine(administrator)
Hp first thought it was a corrupt user acct but as I mentioned the two
problems also occurred in the new user acct. created.
Any thoughts?
