portcls.sys problem.

Hi all,

Wifey has just rang me up about her Win2K machine during boot up.
Machine shows blue screen (STOP notification) and says something about
portcls.sys not being able to be loaded.
I haven't a clue what this means !!! Anyone shed any light on
this????
