Port Mapping

I have a W2K Advanced server set up to do routing and NAT. I have one
public IP that I am using on the external (WAN) Interface. I want to map
ports 110 and 25 to my mail server wich is located inside the network with a
private IP...

Is this done in Special Ports? Tried it but does not seem to work..
Any thoughts would be appreciated..
