I had a terrible time with em also. I tried many pop up

killers with little sucess. Then I heard about the Google
tool bar / pop up killer. I downloaded it, and it does a
wonderful job. I also down loaded a "spyware" detector
from lavasoft called ad-ware, which can find and eliminate
files that attract ads.Once I ran this program it
Quarantined 342 "ad attracting files" and my pop up
problem went away.I run adware every week or so,as you
will pick up spyware as you surf.Both of thes products are
free of charge.Google address is:
