popups destroyer?

hi..i keep getting popup screens that can be closed by
an "ok" button with crap like viagra and dirt messages
and they sometimes say to go to www.winxpsupport.com to
find out how to stop them and i have to pay $5 to do so.
they use windows/microsoft logo but dont seem authentic.
does anyone know about this? help!

look I tghink you have kazaa. So what you have to do is
search in kazaa the program: Popup Killer
tell me if this helps
