Popup windows

Can someone tell me how to disengage my popup windows
blocker program. I have no idea how to do it, or what
program it would be in. I'm running...
McAfee
IHateSpam
Zone Alarm

Did you look in Add Remove?
Without more info it's hard to say which one you have ......
